In order to allow students and parents to appropriately budget for college costs in advance, the Nevada Board of Regents has approved a Predictable Pricing Program. This program provides the cost of base tuition fees for at least a four-year period.
The program will apply to the Nevada System of Higher Education's (NSHE) seven-degree granting institutions. Future registration fees and non-resident tuition for undergraduate and graduate students are based on the Higher Education Price Index (HEPI), an index that tracks the inflation of college costs.
NSHE's seven-degree granting institutions include: University of Nevada, Las Vegas; University of Nevada, Reno; Nevada State College; the College of Southern Nevada; Great Basin College; Truckee Meadows Community College; and Western Nevada College.

The tuition and registration fees for the five academic years shall be published no later than June 1st annually in a table in the NSHE Procedures and Guidelines Manual.
