Biography

Christopher Lindsay focuses on food and beverage restaurant management, hospitality, and the culinary arts. 

Lindsay is an instructor and lecturer at UNLV’s William F. Harrah College of Hospitality. His diverse background in the field has taken him to several premier establishments dotting the country–the Ritz Carlton in Santa Barbara, CA; the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club in San Diego, CA; and MGM Grand Hotel here in Las Vegas, NV.

Some of his career highlights include serving as the executive chef and program chair for the East Career Technical Academy in Las Vegas, and his role as Chef de Cuisine at the Atrium Restaurant in the Cliff Lodge at Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort in Utah during the 2002 Winter Olympics. His culinary prowess also resulted in his recruitment for multiple TV programs, including work as a culinary production assistant for Chef Todd English on TBS. 

Lindsay is currently educating the next wave of Food & Beverage professionals to hit Las Vegas, serving tens of millions of unique tastes from around the world.
