Anyone who needs to retrieve items that were left in classrooms or public spaces on campus during the 12/6 incident should complete this simple online University Policy Services Property Retrieval Form.

Once the form is submitted, we will check for the missing item(s) and be in touch to let the form submitter know if the item(s) are available and, if so, we'll schedule a date/time to pick up the missing item(s).
