Las Vegas will host Super Bowl LVIII at Allegiant Stadium on Feb. 11. To accommodate the influx of visitors coming to the city for this high-profile event, Clark County and Harry Reid International Airport have made arrangements that will impact traffic around the Maryland Campus:

February 5 - 13 

• The county-owned lots west of University Center Drive will be held for rideshare drop-off and pickup

• Access to Thomas & Mack Center Drive in the above area will be restricted

This will likely cause heavy traffic and congestion on University Center Drive. We highly recommend avoiding the area and planning an alternate route. 

This is just one of the major traffic impacts we can expect to see around the city at this time. Road closures and heavy traffic are expected on various commuting routes to and from campus.
