Priority Room Selection for Fall 2024/Spring 2025 is going on NOW! As a current resident, you have first pick to keep your same room or select a new community, floor, or room type. There is no application fee for current residents!

Same Room Renewal:

If you would like to keep your same space, this is the renewal process for you! Same room renewal will start on February 12 at 8am and end on February 16 at 11:59pm. Same Room Renewal has two steps that need to be completed through the Housing Portal in order to secure your room:

Step 1: Sign the Same Room Renewal Contract anytime between February 12 and February 16.

Step 2: Select your same room from the Same Room Renewal Process located on your home page under Room Selection. Follow all of the steps until you have received the confirmation page that your room assignment has been saved.

You must complete both steps in order for your same room to be secured for Fall 2024/Spring 2025!

New Room Selection:

If you want to select a new room for Fall 2024/Spring 2025, this is the renewal process for you! This is your opportunity to select a single room! There will be no waiting in line to select a new room - everything will be online. A lottery number and designated selection time will be generated for you to select a new room. New room selection is a two-step process:

Step 1: Sign the New Room Renewal Contract anytime between February 20 and February 29 through the Housing Portal.

Step 2: New room selection will start on Saturday, March 2 at 9am and end on Sunday, March 3 at 7pm. Based on your lottery number and associated start time, you will log on to your Housing Portal to see all available rooms to make your selection for Fall 2024/Spring 2025. All lottery numbers will be set out on March 1, 2024.

You must sign and complete the new room selection application to receive a lottery number. **If the application asks you to pay the $125 Housing Application Fee, you are completing the wrong application.**

Please note: Dayton Complex is reserved for first-year freshmen students and will not be available during the room selection process.
